Look,  LND had $13 million in cash at may 31/16 and $16.5 million in loan receivables and no debt.
There were zero bad loans.

6 weeks later and cash had increased to over $14 million.

Hard NAV about $0.76 and they have started to pay a regular dividend.
The new acquisition will be accretive and exponentially so, with cross selling to clients.

And, I dont drink when I am investing..
