ElkInvestorCA Yes, you seem very confused. I hope you don't have a lot of money you might lose it all. A buyout would be for more money. If you owned a company, and someone came to you and said "hey I'll buy your company for less than what the market values if for" Would you sell?? Hell no. The way it hampers the return on these companies is if they don't have time to prove up all the gold that is in the ground before they are bought out. If GSV is not bought out it could take years before they start producing. I suggest your read a book on Amazon called "Gold Production from beginning to end"
