I am thrilled about the result and so are most shareholders. 20% options allotment is ridiculous. Most companies have a rolling 10% plan. Some very well run companies have no options at all. Shareholders don't want to give options to new sales hires. It is a long term incentive and a new hire should not qualify at all. If you are one of those that were supposed to receive the options I guess I understand why YOU are upset.
