Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

Just to prove how much of a shell this is...

former CFO Michael Bumby left Acerus July 1 and is currently working at Merus Labs, Acerus is currently operating without a CFO for well over a month, no replacement has been named since he left. Someone mentioned there are no cars parked at Acerus offices, perhaps their working at improving their golf scores.
