This may have implications to Valeant's mini-me business.  When a manufacture can't get their drug on formulary or can't get retail pharmacies to contend with all the hurdles what happens next is an important piece.  (Active litigation suggests that Concordia is contending with some issues with regards to Donnata's DESI status and pharmacy reaction - take a look at Pharmaceuticals Inc. v. Method Pharmaceuticals LLC et al; Concordia Pharmaceuticals Inc. v. Clinical Drug Information LLC; Concordia Pharmaceuticals Inc. vs Winder Laboratories).

Your so full of it.  Trying to align Valeants court issues with a case Concordia has brought against a start up in the  U.S. ,  no comparison.  Concordia is a plaintiff in that case going after a  small start up that missappropriated their labelling of Donnatal , (Concordia is after them for false advertising) , that company  pretended to be manufacturing a product that was never actually manufactured and confused a few prescribers into believing Donnatel was removed from the market.  That happened a couple of years ago and has no bearing on the company today... I would worry if I was the defendant in the case, it is their problem not Concordias.   Just another example of FUD trying to instill fear, uncertainty and doubt.  A swing and a miss on your part.  Here is a link to the court documents...
