.50 of Marquee share for every AOS share. Will mean almost a doubling of share count but company will be debt free with 2600 boe of mostly oil and be able to grow production starting in October

Pure speculation on my part. AOS shareholders get an opportunity to see that asset grow significantly over next few years . Oil will likely start trading at realistic levels by 4th quarter 2016
