RE:Market CapI suppose it depends on how desperate MQL is for capital. You are right in that the market cap of MQL is very similar to AOS cash on hand. However, I doubt management (or MQS's shareholders) would accept a deal that presented no premium to MQL's current price, especially given many probably feel it is extremely undervalued at current prices.

Also have to consider the outstanding shares, as AOS has twice as many as MQL (though in the end, the number of shares shoudn't really matter, it's the market cap that we need to compare).
