Producer vs Non-Producer

Producer vs Non-ProducerThe small amount of cash aue might need to optimise production pales in comparison to the 10X or more cash needed by non-producers to drill and build a mine. Yet the many investors of non-producers don't panic as much when they hold their shares.

Treetop continues to spin his worst case "end of company disaster" scenarios on boards he has no money in (he has been wrong on every one i've seen so far). He says run out of cash, dilution like an expert analyst, but the very company he holds is a non-producer that requires a massive more cash and dilution. Doesn't that spell hypocrite?

Non-producer: 3 years of cash burn and dilution until production
aue: producing now but to be optimised

Aue still has plenty of cash, near $19m with the 2nd tranche and a $14m stockpile that converts into cash. The gold price is higher now than before. Who knows, if gold stays high, the gold they are selling now could self fund and they might not need any more funding at all. The glass half full scenario is just as likely as the glass half empty scenario.
