Select, I don't think Meihm is a "good analyst."  But he covered Biovail at the same time the SEC laid accounting fraud charges and fined them when the shares price pummeled on the investigation.  Also worthy of mention, Biovail's critics that got $10 Million in a settlement from Biovail for malicious prosecution....   So my eyes on him.  If anyone is going to do a secondary, it will be RBC IMO as they have been the most bullshitiest... errr... i mean... bullish...  analyst coverage frontrunning the 6 year non-investment grade paper.
