My THC experience...First of all let me say I really like this company. I neither try to pump nor bash this stock. I in fact if anything, when it comes to these forums, like to either use them to learn from them or to share what I have learnt. I like to stick with the facts and if I have anything to say outside of anything I try my best to tell the truth or at the very least what I percieve to be the truth. I am also a new trader since Jan 1st and have been studying trading 6-12 hours a day on the most part since then.
I bought a total of 30,000 shares of THC over three buys over many months. I bought 10k initially at 11.5c, then later down the road some months later bought 9k at 11.5c and then bought another 11k at 9.5c.
I then sold 10,000 at 11c just before the price started spiking with all the other stocks. I was doing that to average down my cost per share and was thinking I may be able to by 10k more at 9.5 or 10c and keep repeating the process of selling 10k a bit higher, buy 10k a bit lower and repeat ad infinitum. If I would have waited a few more days I would have seen the 19.5c price we initially saw on the first spike up and got more than the 11c but that's just fine with me. . I sold 10,000 more at 18c on Mon and sold my last 10k today at 19.5c.
Now I didn't make tonnes of cash. Nothing to brag about. However that's the way I play because I am a new trader, I have a very small total amount of cash in my RDSP account, and I only allow myself a much smaller max amount of money to be put into any one stock cause I like to diversify my risk.
I was initially at first saying my intention was to hold onto THC till spring at least but things have changed for me many times since then in how I think as a trader.
Don't get me wrong, I really like this company. I imagine one could hold onto their shares for forever and potentially make more than 10x their money. I chose not to do that ultimately though I guess. I chose to lock in my profit with certainty instead of hold and wonder. Plus I have that cash freed up to put in on other bids, even though my current account is almost entirely cash now.
Anyways, if I get the chance I will buy back in if the price is right. If I don't get that chance then I perfectly accept that. It's all good with me. I am more than happy to make a profit rather than take a loss.
Once again, I think this is a really great company. I have always said good things about THC. If I didn't think they were a good company or investment, I would never have invested in them in the first place nor would you ever have seen my presence in the THC forums here as I tend to frequent the forums in which I own stock in.
Some people are so obvious and transparent in how they bash a stock because they want to try to get in at a cheaper price. I sure as heck would never do that. I am a man of my word. My word means more to me than money.
Anyways good luck to all who invested in THC and may you all make tonnes of cash.
You all have a good day now...
