These earnings are insanely bad. Nearly 100% cash payout ratio from AFFO. No growth, no significant reduction of debt, nothing.

Another piece of garbage with "dream" attached to it.

Its getting better... slowly. I dont see anything wrong with what they have done this quarter and most reits pay out in the 90% + range. Payout is maybe a bit high.. But going forward future quarters look like they are going to be better.
