They haven't found the perfect tool to identify the THC level in your blood yet. and even if they do, they will have to make amendments on the tolerated %.

I agree 100% with you that driving under the influence of canabis keeps you more focused. I've seen reports on TV where they actually compared both sober and high drivers in a serie of driving tests.

turns out the high drivers had a better score!! lol

but you must know that not EVERYONE reacts the same way under the influence of canabis.

some people become dumb asF...   (e.i Tenthday) *Blam blam shorts fired.

here until next spring, the feds will work towards finding proper tools to identify the THC levels.

Same story for Drunk Driving.... back in the day they didn't have these fancy tools (balloons) to detect alcohol %... people must have reacted the same way we're reacting to driving high...
