From a past news release: On September 18, 2015, Timmins announced that it had entered into an agreement with a Mexican subsidiary of Goldcorp Inc. (Goldcorp) to acquire the process plant and select auxiliary equipment (Plant) used in the operation of Goldcorps El Sauzal Mine in Chihuahua, Mexico (the Plant Acquisition). The El Sauzal Mine was operational until December 2014 when it began its closure. The acquisition of the plant for future use at Ana Paula will allow significant capital savings to be realized ($40-60 million vs. buying new) and will allow for the project schedule to be markedly advanced. The plant is essentially a direct fit with the flowsheet (process, throughput, etc.) envisioned for Ana Paula. I'm not sure how long the "construction" phase will last starting Q1 2018, but having this should help expedite the timing to go online.
