More movement - insiders?

More movement - insiders?
There are more people buying and selling everyday..
I think this is good, unless the buyers may be insider ones..
Anyone knows some about this possibility?
Would it be possible that the insider buyers were the same as the sellers, so as to keep the price at 10 cents for a future hostile buying?
