The Michichi area and the wells there have high IRR too, see new presentation slide 11. I know this because Traverse Energy (TVL) drills in the Michichi area too and it has excellent drilling results from its horizontal wells.  TVL is debt free though.

I think MQL's key problem is the leverage. MQL has $49 million net debt while the annualized cash flow is below $10 million. If MQL overcomes its debt issue it will do OK.


Aside Marquee (MQL) and Traverse (TVL), are there any other producers in Michichi?
