RE:So whats the deal here?

RE:So whats the deal here?I will never blame the shorts on this one. Whenever a stock triples in price in a week based on speculation, it doesn't surprise me that hedge funds (who makes money on the long as well as the short) gets in on the action to drive the price down.

Most retail investors ( which includes me) do not have the convenient ability to short. My only recourse whenever a stock triples in a short duration is to take some shares off the table from time to time. I can't prosper on the downside like the hedge funds.  This is all part of the game and the "house" always wins. Unfortunately,  we retail shmucks  are not part of the "house" so all we can do is to watch the shenanigans.

Remember that the shorts always have to cover and I suspect we will see some rather robust buying early next week which should work in our favour.
