Kinda makes it hard to trade over 14 cents when theres constantly a new seller converting their debt to common shares and selling it back for immediate payment and in turn diluting the share count. There is no reason to rush the conversion process so all of those debentures you saw converted into millions of shares this year was for selling purposes only, they did not convert to hold millions of common shares - I can promise you that.
well it did not stopped the stock from running last time....
also why would they be selling at 0,14$ when they could be selling at lets say 0,30$...
