AND THERE IT IS...

AND THERE IT IS... Joe - you were using the estimation figure -  compunding the latter contracts with the estimation figures - when the estimation figures hadn'rt been achieved as yet.

That's why i prefer to use the actual figures from Q-4 year end - and then going forward - tack on the new 230 machine contract + new A & W 50% addition - keeping in check - keeping it real.

I'm hoping their run cost has reduced + the aspect of - payout to Integrity earn out has been wrapped up.  If so, we should see additional earmings with a reduction in run costs adding up in all the more savings. Add to this the savings via recent cnsolodation - should also add to the bottom line - if not used or applied to the outstanding. Again, lots f monies - its all how they manage the monies.

Dependent on the Q-2 revenues and actual profits - it would be nice to see an additional contract - around this time frame - i can't see why they culdn't do so - all because the 230 machine contract for this Sept 2016 - was rolled into the recent consolodation. Which in my minds eye - means what the heck will they be doing with the profits cming in from the next Q-2 - given the consolo payments - if kept to the figures of minimum over term - should result in substantial left overs (rganic funds ) to reinvest in moore contracts ?

Who the heck knows..
This stoock has been a literal  wildabeast - trying to grasp and undertand the accounting - the EBITDA's - past owners turned from 3 company's into one - then Integrity and buyouts - to earn outs - to consolos and acquisitions and rolls and debentures and so much more...  Mind fffing.

I just want to see a prooper valuation - pretty sad that analysits can use al lthe frmulas under the sun - but at the end of the day - the stock is not what everyone values it at...

The solution?   Advetrtise to the retail investor who can inject new monies and interest to assist in achieving its rightful valuation.  Otherwise it will be what it is now.  And as for large investor interest ?  Can a company trust such large interests ?  Are they really friend or foe - when it comes to trading stock - percentage ownership - take overs - or an impedence - when it comes time to grow - and well.... i suggest other investors - contimplate such scenerios - and arrive at their own answers. There's about 10 - 20 different things happening in a stock at any given time... And, its each investor for themselves - to each their own .' Sad, but true. Alliances form strength - but divison causes confusion and disarray.  Perfect recipe for ?
