A deal is in place and if they accept the governance as proposed by the 30th, is going shareholders really an extentions? I am certain most would want to vote on it. Essentially, the ball sort of reverts back to KRN with no obligation. They can table anything at any time.
I was merely providing a rational against the Governance issue.
Something I recently learnt is that they had the choice to invest in the project but chose to invest as a shareholder given the cost would be lower anticipating other investors at the time given how the market was buzzing.
Again, we will see what tune they sing at the AGM.
