He puts his name on his analysis. Matt Lewis does not. Kip knows what he is talking about. Matt does not. If Matt wants to be taken seriously...why does he hide behind " Jim rockford" alias? It's matt who is the Internet troll....kudos to those who keep exposing him for what he is.
I've never heard such cockamamie nonsense in my life. There are literally hundreds, if not thousands of publicly distributed articles and OpEd pieces written everyday by some moron with a published name who couldn't in a court of law prove anything he/she had written, or that the written publication contained any truthfulness, credibility or valid corroborating evidence in any measure to back up their written claims. BS is written everyday across the world which is nothing more than lies and propaganda.
Kip Keens written hatchet hit job on EQT was about as ill researched and amateurish as anything you would want to read. Not only had this individual not confided with EQT management on any important material topics before writing such a piece, also to the best of my knowledge he had ever once set foot on EQT land claims to take a look see for him self, nor has he likely ever even been to Brazil.
I'm all for cutting-edge, ground-breaking, critical material and journalistic investigational reporting that would serve the investing public well and identify material information that could aid in mom/pop analysis, but his hit piece on EQT had all the wrong vibes to it and went way over the top.
I find it hard to believe that Mr. Keen's article provided any such relevance, journalistic integrity or information guided by a moral compass while slamming a small company trying its darnest to get off the ground as a functioning entity with a shareholder base hanging in the balance.
My real question is why did he write such a negative hit piece before the ink was even dry on the paperwork and who in the h*ll paid him to write it?
As best I know Jim Rockford is not being paid for his stock picks. If and when he starts being paid, that is when the same level of consideration will be given to his work.
