Thank you Mrs. Thompson. While I commend your enthusiasm, the mechanics of negotiating in this environment (described in the Q1 as challenging for both debt and equity), leads one to suggest the resulting deal will require a leap of faith on the part of investors..............Marquee expects its credit line to be materially reduced due to both market conditions and dispositions. The fact that they have not released the credit review results in the last 2 1/2 months independently of a complementary financial arrangement means their options outside of a deal are non-existent..........The logical explanation for this strange halt is fear of leaks before the deal is done. Since leaks that lose money for the inside traders are not considered beneficial, one can assume the news when presented will embody a certain opportunity, going forward. That opportunity will likely include a credit reprieve, funding for drilling, increased future cf and dilution, all around.
