This stock has officially rolled over and died

This stock has officially rolled over and diedAt 0.12, CUU is trading at the same price as it was in January.  How sad is that?  Meanwhile, during that same timeframe, TCK.B is up over 500%!  I can't imagine the soul-destroying envy Foxybagholder must have to see TCK.B recover like that, knowing he's bet it all on the wrong horse. With each passing year, the only sure thing being, he gets one more year older and more greyer. And that has been the case for the past 7 years, and not likely to change anytime soon.

From what I've been reading at SI, several former CUU longs have been on the road to recovery and have done quite well on other plays since selling their CUU shares and moving on to greener pastures.  Kudos to you, fellas.

Pretty quiet on the boards as far as CUU discussions go.  Since CUU officially rolled over and died, there's been little to no discussion.  Heck, it's gotten so bad that the various boards have more discussions about other stocks than CUU. I remember when the AG CUU board would get over 100 posts a day.  Now that 99% of longs have sold their shares and moved on from the trainwreck, there's only one or two posts a day at AG. Oh how times have changed.

Was just reading a post at AG where someone thinks a third-party will come in and buy out CUU for a buck or more, based simply on a gentlemans agreement that Teck will make a production decision soon.  I think chances are slim to none to think any sensible company would pay a premium of over 800% on 428 million plus shares, for 25% of a high Capex, low IRR project, with a barely economic BFS and no EA, with a major operator who clearly is in no hurry to move things forward. Not going to happen.  If someone want's to spend that kind of money on a copper project, there are far better alternatives out there, with a lower Capex, higher IRR, quicker payback period, and many are already up and running. They don't have to wait 5 years for a mine to be built, then another 5 years after that to get a positive ROI.

I just returned home from a wonderful summer vacation. Have the Duradek contractors coming over Monday to put in my new deck flooring.  Weather has been nice and hot.  Hope everyone has been having a nice summer.  Special shout out to Specboy, Hoghead, Ocean, Grant and Sophia.  Hope you're doing well, and hopefully have some irons in the fire elsewhere that's been returning some nice profits for you.  I'll check back in with CUU at some point in the future, where I'm pretty sure it will be trading at the same price it is now, give or take a penny.
