Will producers cut production?  Only if the big players can form some sort of a cartel and agree on price, but looking at who some of the big players are, and looking at how successful the oil cartel is at cutting production, my hopes aren't too high.

The uranium market must be murky indeed if the experts that monitor and comment on the industry can't form some sort of concensus and even disagree with their own predictions of three to five years ago.

Agree fully ND, reactors are coming online at a strong pace and whatever stockpiles are available have to have their days numbered so 'somethings gotta give'.  Hopefully, in the near future we can pat each other on the back and ask "where were you?" when the spot price jumped 20% in one day.
