Her point is, If the debt covenants are relaxed they will not fall even if they miss guidance.. How do you figure there will be a "day of reckoning" if this happens? Theres so many more drugs coming in the pipeline in the next two years to build on also. If you are short I would say this is a great time to cover before they announce anything else. All the negative news has been exhausted and I don't believe there is alot left to say. I see alot of positives coming in the next couple quarters and more likely a double up coming in the stock price by years end rather than it being cut in half. This thing is already oversold on negatives. I'm holding 40 and 60 strike calls January 2017 as well as 30 and 35 strike January 2018. Long and strong - JMO of course.
