Very Small Share Orders

Very Small Share OrdersSometimes I see that people are purchasing UURAF (USA - OTCMKTS) shares in 100, 200 or 400 etc orders. I have to pay a $50 Fee for all purchases (Wells Fargo & Vanguard) and can't wrap my head around buying so few shares of a Penny Stock and paying the fee on top of it...Do your homework and buy this stock and buy lots of it. Anyone else notice this? Does this happen also in the Canadian Market? Disclaimer: I have little trading experience. I have been following UCORE for about 2 years after my Supervisor told me about how this is his nestegg. Feedback welcomed.
