That said , this (VID) was according to IR , a solid company who were showing production and well on their way to making a profit.I wouldent have been interested otherwise. For this to go south in such a short time should signal a misappropriation of funds at the very least ,if not a lot of fraudulent behavior . There is agencies in place to address this and if we were all to organize I am sure the forensic disassembly of the company's books and assets would point to the culprit in short order. there has to be a will for this course of action . here is a few cut and paste in your broser links

Thanks, I had sent my concerns of fraudulent activity to a couple organizations with a response from one stating I would never be able to hear results of their investigation. My next move is the RCMP. Also these other links you've provided. I won't stop. The board and CEO failed us miserably.
