thanks for your professional opinion! Gotta agree and there is a lot of interest here. Unfortunately its prime penny flipper stock as we see daily with CIBC and TD amongst others. The loss took market by surprise and will take time to work out weak hands .... But you are correct - awesome opportunity with little debt, cash flow generator now that monies spent to bring properties up to snuff. Big ticket here, no recognition of properties real estate valuations and land/building improvements in selling price - ONLY COSTS AND EXPENSES are being valued and devaluing SP. So yes - extremely cheap price here given properties, improvements made and just out the gate openings for almost half the locals.
