RE:RE:RE:Why So Quiet?Someone had said it already - but I will repeat it: I do not think the deal is finalized yet. My hunch is smoothwater and their gang is putting up opposition to the merger - as am I - and it is thus not going through. MQL will demand a break fee - rightly so - and the current BOD of directors and management can not negotiate one as shareholders representing more than 60% of the voters have said NO. Bin Vu will have to negotiate a deal - without a break fee - that is better for AOS shareholder's that cash in the bank. Anything less than this and the deal falls through - include a break fee and he and the directors get sued. He is in over his head here as most would be. Prediction - deal does not go ahead.
