Patience. MXL has the fundamentals, but it will take time...I'm in on this deal. I really like the story a lot, what's not to like?

However, I would bet my life that things will not move along as rapidly as investors hope. These guys have A LOT on their plates. Clearly they have the personnel and consultants in place to handle everything, but this stuff ALWAYS takes longer than expected.

Shareholders should consider spreading the word that delays, kinks, bottlenecks, whatever, are routine and should be expected. Manage expectations.

Commissinoning and ramping up to 500 tpd at the processing faciltiy will take time. One can't flip a switch and magically be at 500 tpd. Even if 3-6 months stretches to 6-9 months, this would not be a terrible thing. I would rather see them do things right than do things quickly.

There seems no way around the fact that the stock in the mid 30's is very cheap. Still, patieince is required. When the story seems stalled, say in October or November, there will be paper coming out, sellers who get bored and want to move on to the next big thing.

Following October / Novermber-- in December the 25c paper becomes free to trade. So, this is a no-brainer on fundamentals, but that does not ensure a straight shoot to $1.00/share. If I'm wrong, $1.00 per share is obviously achievable this year.
