Crooked when used in this context is defined as being dishonest. Whether the multitude of occurrences of this dishonesty ever crossed the legal line is always open to debate and strongly held opinion...and with our toothless regulators that is as far as it will ever go.
Now on to Davy-boys new lawsuit...Yes, I would say that it stretches the imagination to see anything honest in that one either. I wonder what settlement the left hand is going to give the right hand? In a way it kind of reminds me of the good old days when the CEO of INT and the CEO of Yapper were in hard negotiations. You just knew the CEO of INT was not going to take any flack off of that Yapper CEO and was going to fight the good fight until he got a deal that created maximum value for his shareholders.
