I can see where Bird is coming from, a question of trust is being raised. You make a deal @ .45, it is filled within an hour (I immediately inquired via my broker who is very communicative with YFI), then when the door is closed the company drops the price and increases the the allotment. I am certain there were several other existing shareholders turned away at $.45 as it was reportedly fully subscribed. They could have raised their $2.4 M without the additonal dilution through the shareholders who were jilted. YFI did a diservice to their shareholder base. Interesting to see how they handle the next round. The "love" you speak of is questionnable . . . . . and this is not whining . . . . . try reality.
