RE:NEWS COMIN' SOON

RE:NEWS COMIN' SOONFinancing closing.  Whoopideeedooo!  That's all they will have up until the PEA is released.  You can't say late September or or October with a straight face can you?  This company said that they would close the financing by the end of July.  We are nearing the end of August.  I've heard by the end of this week, but you can't go by those statements either.

The PEA will probably be delayed, AGAIN.  Don't trust any dates this company spews out because they have never met a deadline, ever!  That comes from their great CEO who is severely incompetant that he doesn't know if he's coming or going.

Don't get me wrong, I share your enthusiasm as does everyone who has done their DD on what the company owns on the property.  The fact is, they don't have a competant management team to know what it takes to make this company newsworthy.  Little articles on stockhouse aren't going to draw in the money, only retail investors.  The management has no skin in the game other than options and a very few amount of shares combined between them all.  What they do have is a fat paycheck that us investors are paying them, in the form of private placements, with nothing coming our way in the rate of return.

I would not be surprised to see the PEA pushed back until December or later.  What is this next news release going to say?  We finalized the financing and look forward to releasing our PEA?  I bet they will add early in the 4th quarter to that statement, just a hunch.

Any thoughts of a partnership with a major end user at this point is ridiculous.  Off take agreements between companies and graphite miners are few and far between, and I think I've only heard of one in Australia.

All I will say is temper your enthusiasm and keep any pumping to yourself.  It is what it is, and that's that.  I'd be surprised if the stock hit 52 week highs after the PEA is announced. If it does, set your stops and watch the manipulation hit all new record levels.

But what do I know.
