10 million shares...sold in private placement with half warrants...exercisable for 2 years at $1.50 . Looks like the dump has begun....average daily 155k....as of noon 337k. Will take awhile to mop that up. Any info on what specificly the monies will be spent on (besides management high-fiving each other with it)
