As usual, you just shoot down and ask questions later. Today's company is totally different than the company's year ago. They have 5X the number of employees in new functions. Management spent a ton of time getting the right HR guy because: 1) they will likely hire another 50 employees over the next year or so and 2) this will free up Rumble and Kayll from the guts of the hiring process so they can work on the issues you talk about.
