RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Very informative article from director of TributeFloridas- Thats where your wrong, No small shareholder is going to make a difference at this point in time,buys or sells.. the volume, (Institutional)and the stock price upon (if yes FDA/Yos. is good) is already in place.
After approval, I cannot say, I would think there are other Funds waiting for this to happen..I do know iwthout incriminating myself and others, that there might (I am implying might -have been) some not on the up and up things going on in the past.
I was part of the initial Stellar IPO and my broekerage (Now gone) made a market in that Company.  We hit 3.00 on the rumor Uracyst was going to pass FDA and hence would be able to sell in the USA. Yes thats right, we hit $3.00 USA on nothing but speculation..
My guess Harris was a figure head with a smaller role in decision making.. The board is where I would look closer..(just a hunch)
