I would be fine due to entry on day one and another tranche at 33/ my average would be ok with 14 but there are many on here who rightfully bought in at 15, 25.... any large corporation should have no problem paying 40 for this company. they inherit all the existing customer base, get rid of a competitor and make use of all the good analytics on their current offerings. No 14 would be far to low.
