RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Very informative article from director of TributeWith a low float someone trades 10 shares can move a stock.  So you have to be careful about that.  Also there are a couple of small institutional investors that lurk on these message boards because they look for any advantage they can find.  Surprisingly that happened to me, a poster I was sending messages one day goes I'm a head of a small investment group that's going to invest 100,000+ in blah, are you interested (I wish I could).  After that I am careful bashing a stock I own too badly.  A little is fine.  :-)

I don't disagree with his statements I'm just worried about shareholder value.  Plus it's hard to fight a former insider.  You say the wrong thing and they could sue you for defamation since he was once a part of the board.  Doubt it but crazier things have happened and I would like to keep Kuato around...

Lastly I'm sure shady things happened in the past but the people who engage in these things are always quick to sue.  Lets get Yosprala approved and move on to better things.
