Barrick Gold sold a high grade property for $2 million to KNT, Barrick after spending at least $140 million on it, that's an example of how bad things were getting for some companies. If PanTerra Gold does not live up to its obligations to complete phase 1 of the metallurgical test work on Polaris this year they will likely lose their option and 100% of Polaris will revert back to Canarc. I believe Canarc is doing the right thing. They just turned $2 million into $10 million on their Mexico property and based on that I would like to see what they can do with $10 million. Its certainly better than waiting around for PanTerra to get its act together. Besides its always good to have several options by adding properties with ounces and production potential to the roster. Depending on which becomes the priority property the other properties could be resold later at a much higher price if the gold bull continues as predicted. If they land a good property or two the stock is going to take off.
