Funny how

Funny howNike bought it in 1995 for 395 millions.
Graeme Roustan bought it in 2008 for 200 mil. Which mean a price per share of 4,45$
Sagard capital got the majority of their stake at 4,45$, which mean a cap market of 200 mil.
Graeme Roustan to this day exit all of his positions which we can assume he sold with a huge profit.

What do you think it means ? Maybe a buy back from Nike at 400 mil ? How this company was worth 400 mil in 1995 and now only capitalise at 100 millions ?
