Takeover?

Takeover?Nick Galea of 3CX software is the big buyer of stock and now holds over 12% of Sangoma. Interesting development. Anyone know of any Canadian connection he has with Sangoma? His company is based out of Cyprus but I assume that is for tax avoidance reasons. Hold on to your stock for a buyout offer.
