I really do wonder why the KMH issue has not been resolved as of yet. It is a Canadian company and it should be relatively straight forward to deal with the assets. The fact that it has drifted this long does make me wonder if the net value is zero and it smells like something innappropriate has happened and the company is keeping a lid on it.
