filefish I will be honest with you. Just got back from boondocks and knew about this deal in process.

Had obligations today and got back to computer and shortly after see this deal announced.
On a Friday no less!
Franctically started running numbers.Previously I had assumed that MQL would be acquiring AOS.
Wrong!
In hindsight they would have had a hard time selling this deal if MQL had control.
Anyhow I realized based on metrics MQL was going to sell off and I may have triggered it.
I did sell a nice chunk of Marquee but bought back in through AOS.Actually if deal proceeds I will do quite well .

I doubt  it fails. For MQL IF it fails dilution wlll  be much worse.
