he said he's long.
So he's going to watch his gains dwindle out of the stubbornness of having a "long" label?
It means that he's expecting the SP to go higher sometime in the future. Thereby maximizing his gains and saving unecessary expenses. Why sell now and then buy in at a higher price than you bought in for? Your ROI is going to keep depleting each time you buy in at a higher price.
did anybody think the sp was not going to fall the 2nd time it failed to pass 4.20? I thought it was pretty much common knowledge this was a big sell in the 4s.
Lol. Brent we're never going to agree on this issue. But I understand where you are coming from. You're a swing trader and I'm a contrarian investor. The company so far is doing the right moves and is poised to be a giant sometime in the future. So why sell now? His re-entry point is going to be higher. Therefore, his ROI is going to diminish over time. If he keeps selling at the high point.
I doubt it will fall below $3.00 to be honest.
I know you're still treating this stock as a penny stock which is fine, but you have to look at the long-term implications of the business.
I was just explaining why he was not selling. Not everyone sells just because they're anticipating the SP to drop.
