New company to have 418 Million Shares outstanding - wow Richard has done a great job of multiplying the number of shares outstanding during his tenure, yet production is about the same as it was 5 years ago. Must be nice to get a salary of 400-500K a year and produce so little. Do you think we can get the share count to a Billion shares, now that would be an achievement. Tax pools of over 200 million dollars, of investors money down the toilet. No you know why the junior oil and gas sector is dead dead dead, its one disaster after another. Price target is 10 pennies
