the stock as been pumped and now out of the blue they consolidate..( the way it is usualy done)they were broke and a financing comes with it . Thye could of financed other way .
the thing is they only had a close to 30 million share float , it will be around 3 million now .
A 5 mill$ maket cap or so ..close to masson but close is no cigar
( graphite is not gold and they dont have 43-101 pea , etc .. )
Will it hold it's new price ? .. i doubt but i only have 10k shares left ..The whole crashed up venture junoir market needs air too much shares for penny stocks , we have seen a wave of stocks going back up since 2016 ( gold , lthium , graphite , oil . gas.. ). I think we will see a lot of roll backs on much of these ..
Looks like bkr will be leading a new trend , consolidate an already very low share structure !. Higher the stock price gets better financing possibilitys .
Sorry to burst your bubble but there's been LOTs of companies rollbacking the last 6 months and ALL that i have seen are doing better :)
