MTO mines the Gold vs. BUY OUT ?
MTO mines the Gold vs. BUY OUT ?with Gold flirting the $1750 CDN mark - thats a value that certainly puts $$$$ signs in managements eyes...
My preference ?
With the good odds gold could rise all the more - and MTO proves all the more gold = a win \ win for company and shareholders. Certainly with this simple formula the forward looking outcome could easily translate into - many happy investors.
If the drill results keep producing double digit values - then MTO becomes all the more valuable. I tend to think of a chart - where one graphs two components.
1) companies stats depicting - cash flow - share count - debts - run cost - with gold ounce cost per ton - debentures - and size of lands for future expansions - inferred gold - indicated gold - how much gold csn be milled \ day and can it be scaled up for more procssing - assets of company.
2) Major - interested in buyout.
At some point in time - on the chart - and in my opinion... The graph will reach a prime axis - a critical cross point - in which the attributes and key features of the company Antiquates into a value that triggers the Major to reach a decision -
A) wait too long - another will swoon in and make an offer
B) wait too long the company proves more = all the more value and costly to purchase
C) wait too long the company rises the ranks - mid their status - becomes a competitor of Majors
In a perfect world ?
I'd like to see the company push forward - mine its gold - bank some serious cash - prove all the more - and as a hopeful result? The stock rises exponentially - benifiting the shareholders.
Id bet the stock would far exceed the value of :50 cents \ buyout - as some suggest.
Has anyone taken the liberty to crunch the numbers and with an gold industry formula - find that value for MTO? How about comparissions ? Why is this board not comparing other gold producing companies to compare - MTO - with a value to value - against its peers ? What are other similar gold producers values in rank and stock ?
