Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Technical difficultiesThanks Interpolation!

We all know regulating has never stopped the criminal element and that stiffer regulations are in store similar to the alcohol and tobacco regulations after legalization. Kids will access it the same way they always did whether criminalized or not. No different then kids getting hooked on their parents prescription drugs. The intent is good but decriminalizing possession of small quantities would make more sense as they work towards making a legal market for it. No need for people to get possession charges for a substance that's gonna be legal within the next 4 years.
