The only way that PGD has to pass around the hat again is if they overplay their hand and I think that's a real possibility. I don't think it's a matter of interest, I think they have more than enough interest today, but can the interest satisfy PGD's perception of value...A JV, even if it's light on value will allow PGD to squeeze out what they can out of Chidliak and I think if they have room to be more generous it would be in a JV. If DDC or DeBeers wanted the asset to themselves I think this is where it will get much more difficult to establish a fair value for both parties and I could see PGD holding firm on their perception of value. Time will tell and in the meantime we'll speculate the sh$t out of this.
