if you want to be successful investor/trader don't take any opinion and advice from mass media and social media, especially from bullboards. Everything you have been asking is on Sedar filings, Company website, level2 action and on charts. If you are new to this stock or any stock it is better to watch action before trading or read all legal documents on Sedar.ca before investing.. CB
