No doubt the operating numbers will be better, but the fact is that after subtracting all of the debt and other liabilities, there isn't much left over for the common shareholders, only about 25 cents per share right now. So the question is; will Morguard pay a 50-cent premium based on asset value? Maybe, maybe not. They certainly won't pay what some are suggesting.

I'll probably keep the shares I have, but don't think I'll be adding any more. Too hard to judge what Morguard might be thinking.
